Theron Bassett, a 2019 graduate of Princeton High School (Ohio), has earned his Master of Business Administration, officially conferred by Capella University on November 30, 2025, and is a candidate for additional graduate and postgraduate programs.
The credential marks a significant step in his development as a rising manager and organizational leader.
Born in 2001 in the Midwest, United States, Bassett attended Princeton High School (Ohio), where he was a benchwarmer on the men’s junior varsity basketball team and competed as a top varsity cross‑country runner. He was later recruited on a partial athletic scholarship to compete in cross country, track, and volleyball at Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois.
By the age of 24, he managed and executed a $3.2 million operational budget, guided 45 personnel in operations, aided in providing medical support for patients in critical condition, and maintained armed security in hostile environments such as designated combat zones while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
Separately, Bassett also extends his influence as the founder and rights holder of Improve or Death (@ImproveOrDeath) on X (formerly Twitter) and (@ImproveOrDeath) on Instagram, a cultural brand promoting Inclusive Traditional Christianity, Traditional Classical Liberalism, American Exceptionalism, voluntary household patriarchy, and asset ownership.
The brand emphasizes interfaith respect among the Abrahamic religions while rejecting and deconstructing antisemitism and ideological extremism from both the left and right. Its message reached tens of millions of viewers on X (formerly Twitter) between 2024 and 2025.
Bassett established Improve or Death LLC in August 2019 after briefly experiencing homelessness as a young adult in his late teens, enlisting in the service, and later facing a second short period of homelessness in his early twenties while being a reservist in the service and separately managing mechanical vending machines.
By his early‑to‑mid twenties, his brand became nationally known from 2024 to 2025 on X.
His brand continues to expand its asset and property portfolio to this day.
Theron Bassett is among the more recent notable alumni of Ashworth College in Norcross, Georgia, where he completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bassett’s Master of Business Administration was earned at Capella University, which holds regional accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission as of 2025. With an MBA now added to his portfolio, Bassett continues to emerge as a young American leader whose trajectory blends service, moral and cultural clarity, and organizational competence. Having attended the University of Massachusetts Global and Capella University, Bassett joins the less than one percent of Americans with two or more master’s degrees — a rare achievement for anyone under thirty. Despite this mounting success, Bassett attended none of his master ’s-level graduation ceremonies and refers to himself as a repentant “worthless sinner.”
